Connection • Awareness • Compassion • Resilience • Growth

My Approach
Healing begins in relationship — when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
My work creates a steady space to slow down, reflect, and explore yourself and your relationships with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
Because connection is not just part of healing — it is where healing begins.

Connection • Awareness • Compassion • Resilience • Growth
I believe healing begins in a relationship when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I believe change unfolds through connection. It happens when there is space to pause, breathe, and gently explore who you are without pressure or criticism.
My role is to offer that space—a calm, grounded presence where you can safely look beneath the surface and come to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
Healing is not about fixing yourself. It is about deepening awareness and reconnecting with the parts of you that already hold wisdom and capacity for growth. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and personal narratives that may be shaping your experience. From this awareness, new perspectives emerge—strengthening resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
My practice is rooted in IMAGO Relationship Therapy, Gestalt Psychotherapy, Bowen Family Systems, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Meditation. These approaches support reflection rather than reactivity, helping you move from disconnection toward greater closeness—with yourself and with others.
Whether our work focuses on relationship challenges, identity, grief, or life transitions, we return again and again to connection as the foundation for healing.
I believe steady tools are essential for navigating life’s challenges. Together, we cultivate ways to help you return to center—strengthening your ability to regulate emotions, respond with intention, and stay connected to your inner voice.
Clients often describe a sense of warmth and ease from the very first session.
That feeling of safety and genuine presence is central to my work.
Therapy is not only about resolving difficulty—it is also about rediscovering steadiness, meaning, and the capacity to live and love with greater awareness.
