Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Please provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice will not be charged.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

• Fees for services that have already been provided are non-refundable.
